Capabilities

Simply put, our goal is to get the highest reimbursement possible in the shortest period of time for any given service.  To accomplish that goal we must pursue collections timely, consistently, and persistently.  There is a high degree of variation between what different plans and policies will allow and cover.  There are also many different variations of how to bill for services - even given modern CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) and ICD-9 (International Classification of Diseases, 9th Edition) coding.  It is our job to sort through all of this and make sense of it so you and your clinic don't have to.

We aim to provide the best clinic and patient service in the industry.   Contrary to long held healthcare industry  beliefs, most patients want to pay their bills.  Patients simply need to know that their insurance benefits have been optimized and that the balance that they are asked to pay is correct.  They also need to be involved from the onset in making financial decisions related to their healthcare.  Many patients have grown weary of the excesses of managed care and have come to realize that they may have higher  out-of-pocket expenses for higher quality healthcare.  Most are willing to pay for better service and better care - they simply need to understand what their insurance company has been billed, that contractual discounts (when applicable) have been applied, and that the balance they are asked to pay  is accurate.

We treat the collection process as one of education.   We educate the clinics on the information necessary to produce clean claims and ensure recourse, we educate the insurance companies on the services provided, and we educate the patient on their coverage and responsibilities to pay.
